This role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.Your responsibilities- Retain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and solutions or installations- Ensure that ticket submitters receive frequent and effective communication- Manage and execute technology implementation projects- Manage inventory of equipment, including collaborating on potential purchases- Support functionality testing and end users- Complete transferal of data from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware as well as break/fix- Take down, box and ship out of date equipment- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and refurbish a variety of computer hardware, including PCs, laptops, monitors, servers and other IT equipment- Comply with company quality standards to ensure sound electronic data records- Coordinate repairs with the appropriate vendors- Disassemble, pack, move and set up/install on site- Own imaging and preparation of new computers- Install printers, troubleshoot problems and make repairs
